RKM's Policies
RKM Fireworks 2026 Policy in effect on March 4, 2026
We reserve the right to adjust all orders.
RKM Fireworks tier pricing:

Tier discount does not apply to 1.4G and ProLine pieces. Pieces will receive a minimum 10% upcharge from the tier price.
Payments
Once an order has been placed, it must either be paid for in full at the time of placing the order or a 50% deposit must be put down for that product to be reserved. If a down payment or full payment is not made within a week of placing the order, that product will be released back into available wholesale inventory. Once a down payment is made, your order will be pulled and stored. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
If you are unable to complete your purchase you will forfeit that deposit because we will have lost the opportunity to sell those items while they were being held for you. You also may be required to pay an additional 25% re-stocking fee.
Orders must be paid in full at time of pick-up, delivery or before being shipped.
We accept the following forms of payment.

Cards may be processed in person or over the phone. Call our office at (269) 663-6110 to process your card payment. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
* If a Check is returned due to insufficient funds, there will be a fee of $35. Must be paid for within 48 hours of notice.
**For Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal payments there will be an additional 3% processing fee. Effective: 10/4/2022
Rush Processing Fee
All 1.4G and Proline orders that are placed and must be picked up with less than 48 hours’ notice will have a rush processing fee of $50 added to the total if we are able to accomadate a last minute pick up. With less than 24 hours’ notice of placing and picking up an order, there will be $100 fee added to the total if we are able to accomadate a last minute pick up. This will vary during the months of June and July.
Pick-up Locations
All orders are to be picked up at the main RKM Fireworks warehouse located in Edwardsburg, MI. We do offer club and event deliveries on occasion, but can have fees attached depending upon location and delivery.
1.3 Product Ordering and Pick-Up Policy
All 1.3G orders should be placed and completed 72 hours in advance. If given less than 72 hours notice for pick up of 1.3G orders, we may not be able to fulfill the oprder by the pick up date and may need to be rescheduled.
Please have your 1.3G orders placed and finalized one week before the 4th of July.
Shipping Policy
Shipping quotes will be generated after your order is placed. RKM Fireworks uses a variety of freight carriers for shipping. At this point in time, the minimum shipping cost is about $200.00 and can change depending on where we are shipping to and how much product is being shipped. There is also a $5.00 pallet fee if a pallet is needed for your order.
If you will need to use a liftgate or require an inside delivery, please let us know at the time of ordering as this is not included in standard shipping. If use of a liftgate or inside delivery is not included when the order is shipped, you will be billed for these extra services. FedEx Freight typically charges an additional $184 for liftgate services.
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse we will e-mail a tracking number along with which carrier we will be using for your shipment. Shipping can take 1-2 weeks. Once your shipment reaches its final terminal, the shipping company will reach out to you to schedule a delivery.
We typically cannot ship fireworks to the following states: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, and Rhode Island. We are able to ship to these states if you have the proper licensing and permits, or if the items are ground shippable. Ground shippable items include equipment, sparklers, smoke, novelties, and non-haz products.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the damage, have the delivery driver note the damage on the proof of delivery, and contact us at 269-663-6110 or info@rkmfireworks.com.
Shortages and Damages
Each customer is responsible for double checking their orders before leaving the property. RKM Fireworks will not be responsible for any shortages once you leave. Please take the time to double check your order by checking your invoice. If your order was shipped and has any damage, please have the freight driver note this on the proof of delivery, take pictures of all boxes and damages, and call RKM ASAP. If your order was shipped and is missing product, please have a list of the missing items, take pictures of all items, and call RKM ASAP.
Product Return/Product Removal Fee
If product is removed from an order prior to it being complete, there will be a 25% restocking fee per item. If product is returned to RKM, it must be full cases and a 25% restocking fee will be taken from the refund.
How to Pick Up Your Order
When you first reach RKM Fireworks, please park in the front of the building by the main office. This is where you will check in, pay, and do any additional paperwork. After you check in, you will be directed to the correct location to pick up your product. A RKM Employee will be assigned to show where your product is located. It is recommended to double check your order before leaving; RKM Fireworks is not responsible for any shortages.
