RKM Fireworks 2022 Policy in effect on January 1, 2022

No Substitution Guarantee with non-refundable 50% Deposit
Once an order has been placed, it must either be paid for in full at the time of placing the order or a 50% deposit must be put down for that product to be reserved. If a down payment or full payment is not made within a week of placing the order, that product will be released back into available wholesale inventory. Once a down payment is made, your order will be pulled and stored. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
If your order is not paid for in full within 60 days, a storage fee of $100 will be added to your total every 30 days. If your order has been paid for in full, no storage fees will occur.
If you are unable to complete your purchase you will forfeit that deposit because we will have lost the opportunity to sell those items while they were being held for you. You also may be required to pay an additional 25% re-stocking fee.
Orders must be paid in full at time of pick-up, delivery or before being shipped.

Cards may be processed in person or over the phone. Call our office at (269) 663-6110 to process your card payment. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
* If a Check is returned due to insufficient funds, there will be a fee of $35. Must be paid for within 48 hours of notice.
**For Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal payments there will be an additional 3% Fee. Effective: 10/4/2022
Rescheduling Fee
If you are unable to keep to the original scheduled pick-up date, RKM Fireworks must be notified 72 hours in advance. If only given 48 hours of notification, there will be a rescheduling fee of 10% of your entire order. If only given 24 hours of notification, there will be a rescheduling fee of 20% of your entire order.
Rush Processing Fee
For all 1.4G orders that are placed and must be picked up with less than 48 hours’ notice will have a rushed processing fee of $50 added to the total. With less than 24 hours’ notice of placing and picking up an order, there will be $100 fee added to the total. This will vary during the months of June and July.
For all 1.3G orders if given 24 hours’ notice of placing and picking up an order, a $150 fee will be applied. If only given 48 hours’ notice, a $100 fee will be applied.
Handling Fee
A handling fee of $25 will be added to all orders less than $100. All orders being shipped from RKM Fireworks and require a pallet will be charged an additional $5 per pallet in addition to the shipping cost.
Pick-up Locations
All orders are to be picked up at the main RKM Fireworks located in Edwardsburg, MI. We do offer club deliveries on occasion but will have fees attached depending upon location and delivery.
1.3 Product Ordering and Pick-Up Policy
All orders should be placed and completed 72 hours in advance, if you are wanting to pick up the same week as placing your order, we require the order to be placed from Monday to Wednesday. Most pick ups are scheduled Thursday through Saturday, but earlier times in the week are available if the order is placed a week out from the pick up date. If any orders are placed and not completed by Wednesday we will either post pone your pick up till the following week or have a Rush Processing Fee. This fee will be $150 if only given 24 hours before pick up. This fee will be $100 in only given 48 hours before pick up.
How late can you change your 1.3 Product Order for the 4th of July?
All orders must be completed and locked in by June 15th, 2022 at the latest. Due to the high volume of orders around the 4th of July our staff will need time to pull and process each one.
Shipping Policy
Shipping quotes will be generated after your order is placed. RKM Fireworks generally uses YRC Freight and FedEx Freight for shipping. At this point in time, the minimum shipping cost is about $200.00 and can change depending on where we are shipping to and how much product is being shipped. There is also a $5.00 pallet fee if a pallet is needed for your order.
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse we will e-mail a tracking number along with which carrier we will be using for your shipment. Shipping can take 1-2 weeks. Once your shipment reaches its final terminal, the shipping company will reach out to you to schedule a delivery.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the damage, have the delivery driver note the damage on the bill of lading, and contact us at 269-663-6110.
Shortages and Damages
Each customer is responsible for double checking their orders before leaving the property. RKM Fireworks will not be responsible for any shortages once you leave. Please take the time to double check your order by checking your invoice. If your order was shipped and has any damage, please have the freight driver note this on the BOL and call RKM ASAP. If your order was shipped and is missing product, please have a list of the missing items and call RKM ASAP.
Product Return/Product Removal Fee
If product is removed from an order prior to it being complete, there will be a 25% restocking fee per item. If product is returned to RKM, it must be full cases and a 25% restocking fee will be taken from the refund.
How to Pick Up Your Order
When you first reach RKM Fireworks please park in the front of the building by the main office. This is where you will Check-In, Pay, and do any additional paperwork. After you Check-In you will be directed to the correct location to pick up your product. A RKM Employee will be assigned to show where your product is located. It is recommended to double check your order before leaving; RKM Fireworks is not responsible for any shortages.
