    Shipping Costs

    • Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your fireworks arrive safely and on time.
    • The minimum shipping fee for any order is $170. This cost reflects the necessary precautions and handling required for shipping fireworks, a hazardous material.
    • Shipping costs may increase based on the weight of your order and the distance to your shipping address.
    • All shipping fees will be calculated and presented before you finalize your order but after it is placed.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • Due to shipping regulations and carrier limitations, we cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We also do not ship to New York, New York or anywhere close to it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our valued customers in these states.
    • We ship only within the continental United States. International shipping is not available.
    • We must have all the correct permit if you are in a state that requires them.

    Delivery Times

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
    • Depending on your location, delivery can take between 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
    • We recommend order at least 2 weeks before you need your order.
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of RKM Fireworks' and our courier’s control.

    No Return Policy

    • At RKM Fireworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products.
    • In the event that you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
